Our Creative Process
How Does It Work?
PaperTales is a Custom Wedding Stationery and Design Studio. I have a large collection of designs in the shop that you can choose from to create your Formal Invitation Suite or Day of Stationery.
► House Collection Maybe you’ve already seen a design of ours that you love and you’re ready to call it yours! With the House Collection Option, we can still customize fonts, color themes and minor layout changes.
► Semi-Custom Perhaps you love elements of specific designs from the shop, but it’s still not the “ONE”. With our Semi-Custom Option, you can pick and choose your favorite elements from any of the designs listed in the shop to create something a little more custom-tailored to you!
► Custom Commissions Our Custom Option is the perfect fit for any bride who loves our aesthetic and already knows we’d be the perfect fit as your stationery designer, but wants a design that is completely your own. We will work with you one-on-one to design a custom tailored design that you can carry throughout your entire suite!
Your complimentary Design Consultation can be done either over the phone or by email, whichever is more convenient for you. We will discuss all of the details of your project including custom options, paper stock, embellishments, vision and price breakdown.
Placing An Order
Once we have finalized the order details, you will be scheduled once the deposit has been received.
My current turnaround time changes all the time! I work on projects in the order they are received. As soon as I have received your order, I will get you scheduled. Need a faster turnaround? No problem! Just ask to upgrade your order to a RUSH to receive your PROOF faster.
*The RUSH Order fee does not rush your shipping or production time, only design turnaround.
Once you have submitted your order, please email me a multi-page word document with all of the information you’d like on each card, written out exactly as you would like for it to appear.
Please do not format (center, fonts, spacing, etc), I will handle all of the design work for you! It is extremely important that you double check all spelling, dates and important information before sending. I will then begin working on your suite and will send a PDF proof to your email by your scheduled date. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes necessary. There are no limit to the amount of revisions! I want you to absolutely love your suite, I won’t settle for just a like!
Professional Print Services
After you have given your approval to print, your order will be placed into production. Production and Print turnaround can vary dependent on your project. Standard print time is roughly 5-7 Business Days. Speciality Order Items and Luxury Printing options result in longer Production times up to 3-weeks.
I Ship Worldwide!
All orders are shipped Priority 2-Day Shipping (within the US) from Gilbert, Arizona. International Shipping can take anywhere from 10-14 Business Days.
Refunds and Reprints
Since each order is custom made to order, I do not accept refunds.
If an order was produced incorrectly by me, you will be given priority print time and shipping. I will gladly reprint and ship it at no cost to you. If there is a problem on your part such as, incorrect spelling of a name, an event date change, special considerations are made and I will offer a discount on the printing charges.
Deposits are non-refundable, however you may keep a credit on your account for future orders if any circumstances arise.
If upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please notify me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
