PLACING AN ORDER

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email for the amount agreed on while customizing your order.

Once the order is placed online, your credit card will be charged immediately. Once I have received your order, I will get you scheduled. Please check with me on current turnaround times as they change constantly.

If you are in need of a RUSH ORDER, contact me ASAP to check availability.

TURNAROUND TIME

My current turnaround time changes all the time!  I work on projects in the order they are received.  As soon as I have received your order, I will get you scheduled.  Need a faster turnaround?  No problem!  Just ask to upgrade your order to a RUSH to receive your PROOF faster.

The RUSH Order fee does not rush your shipping or production time, only design turnaround. 

PROFESSIONAL PRINT SERVICES

Production and Print turnaround time can vary dependent on your project.  Standard print time is roughly 2-6 Business Days.  Speciality Order Items result in longer Production times.

SHIPPING

I Ship Worldwide! I ship Priority 2-day Shipping within the US.  International Shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 Business Days.

REPRINTS

If an order was produced incorrectly by me, you will be given priority print time and shipping. I will gladly reprint and ship it at no cost to you. If there is a problem on your part such as, incorrect spelling of a name, an event date change or you did not order enough invitations, special considerations are made and I will offer a discount on the printing charges.

DAMAGED GOODS

If upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please notify me immediately at amy@mypapertales.com
